All of Us is a research program by the National Institutes of Health. The program is inviting one million people across the United States to share their health information. The goal is to help speed up and improve health research. Researchers may use some of the information collected at LifeShare to conduct thousands of studies. They may find ways to prevent certain diseases.

If you would like in-person help enrolling, our staff can assist you

Step 2

Visit us at LifeShare

Contact us to schedule an appointment
We’ll take your physical measurements
Provide blood & urine samples* *Please note there may be other requirements to donate samples and you may be asked to provide additional samples
Receive $25* *All participants will receive $25 after completion of their visit. To complete the visit, participants must create an account, give consent, agree to share their electronic health records, complete the Consent to Get DNA Results, answer health surveys, have their physical measurements taken (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.), and give blood and urine samples, if asked.
